Its friday and just happens to be my birthday, wow another year has gone by already. I took the day off work and boy does it look like a beautiful day in Seattle. Im excited spring has finally come and so has the sunshine. I couldn't resist these bright watercolor pants but still a bit chilly out so i opted for the blazer. The velvet trim on the shoes and the blazer just seemed like the perfect match. There is also croc print on the heels and the handbag, tried the whole look together. And who could resist the 'happy' necklace, so cheerful.

Happy saturday everyone!

Hope everyone had a great week. I have been in need of some down time. Being back to work after my Disneyland trip has been a rough adjustment. I have been busy downsizing stuff in my storage unit from holiday decorations to keepsakes. I desperatley need to go through my closet, it seems like it is ever-expanding. Currently I have 5 storage tubs of clothes plus everything in my existing closet. Thats on my to-due list for this next week.

Excited for the weekend and some down time. I was just too in love with this tres chic sweater when I spotted it in Nordstroms. I had to add the neon clutch and the bright pumps to add a pop of color. I am excited for spring fashion. What do you guys think of the statement sweaters?

I just got back from beautiful sunny California, spent a week in Disneyland, and it was so much fun! My husband and I participated in the Dapper day, it was great to see the throwback looks. I have some pictures to post here soon, there are some posted under kikisimonefashion on instagram. We stayed and the beautiful Grand Californian. It was great being able to walk straight from California Adventure right into our hotel, I would recommend this hotel for your next Disney trip. Downtown Disney is on the other side of the hotel and it made for easy access to everything. We returned on wednesday to beautiful weather here in Seattle which was a great change of pace. 
I couldn't resist this fabulous peplum skirt from Asos, it has the perfect feminine touch. The lace up heels are so comfy and to make the whole look casual I went for the cropped t-shirt. I love black and white but I needed the perfect emerald green touches for a pop of color. I hope everyone had a great week.

WELCOME TO MY CLOSET

Welcome to my closet! 

Me and my husband have worked to get shelving up and my wonderful husband installed lights to shine on the shoes. The white shag carpeting added the perfect chic tough to the closet. I was able to acquire all the jewelry organizers that really helped to bring it all together. I also have a jewelry chest with organizers for the smaller jewelry and just stuff that wouldn't fit on the velvet organizers. Many hours and organization has gone into getting it all updated. It has come a long ways from all the cardboard boxes for all my shoes, yes the tower of shoes are all gone. My closet keeps expanding, boots can't even fit into this mix. I have more handbags, the larger ones, are in the closet. This makes it allot easier to find what I need. what do you guys think?
