I feel in love with these patchwork jeans at first site. They are so stretchy and comfy, I am sold on Frame denim. I wanted to add a shirt that complimented the jeans and I couldn't pass up on this baby blue button down top. It has a nautical vibe and perfect for summer with the roll up sleeves. To add a color contrast I added the nude handbag.

I am so excited to share this amazing dress from Kora Rae. The designer, Rachel Turzer, got me this dress on a preorder back in march and I am beyond excited to get to finally share it with you. It is now up for sale on the Kora Rae as of a few days ago. The beading is simply amazing, attention to every detail was taken. The back zipper even has a unique curve design in order to follow the seam on the back of the dress and not to disrupt the pattern. I also am in love with the little extra length provided in the back. It follow that chic and sexy look I try to strive to find. I added this little cape blazer for an extra flair and it also still allows the dress to be showcased. This look is perfect for a romantic date night or loss the blazer for a hot night on the town, makes me think Miami. SAN FRANCISCO TO MONTEREY: ANNIVERSARY TRIP

Happy monday everyone!

I finally got around to posting the pictures we took while on our 5 year wedding anniversary to California. We flew into San Francisco and headed first for the Golden Gate bridge. You see it in TV shows and movies but nothing compares to seeing it in person. The size was ever greater than I had even imagined. We snapped a few pics on the was over the bridge and at the view point then my husband treated me to Greens, an amazing view of the bridge not to mention amazing vegetarian food.  Next we walked over to get a shot of Alcatraz. 

Ah Winchester Mystery House! I had always wanted to see this place. The architecture alone is something indescribable. Some actually made sense when the background was provided to the changes she was continuously making. We weren't allowed to take any photos inside so here is a few we managed to get on the ground, which i might add is also simply beautiful.

Then we drove down to Monterey to stay at the beautiful Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa.  They greeted us with a bottle of champagne and strawberries my husband surprised me with. I must say the drive from San Fran to Monterey is one of the prettiest I've seen. The hotel is simply breathtaking and right on a pier over the water. Lots of sightseeing and amazing food.

This dress is super comfy and perfect for a busy week or weekend fun. I love the fun/flirty color with the added ruffle touch, perfect for summer. I wanted to contrast the mint dress and these purple pieces added the touch I was looking for. The lace up heels add a sporty feel to the fun laid back dress. An oversized clutch is one of my favorite pieces, it can go day to night. Finally this stunning Kendra Scott necklace is one of my new favorite pieces I recently added to my jewelry closet. It can be worn as I am or double wrapped for a shorter style.

With this heat wave in Seattle it has been perfect timing to break out my shorts and what is better to wear with shorts then gladiator sandals. I fell in love with these at first sight. I love the diamond pattern on the front and the simple strap pattern in the back. The nude color makes them the perfect color to go with almost any outfit. Gladiators are such a trend right now, with so many cute options. If you don't have a pair start searching today. I really love the nautical look and had these shorts from ASOS from last season. I recently purchased these adorable striped bag from Nordstroms. It has tons of pockets in it, perfect for the beach or the city. When I paired the bag with these shorts and sandals it completed the nautical look I was looking for.
